Connections - Making the Connection


How Connections works...

Connections members begin their six or eleven months of service with SAGA and AmeriCorps Orientation. From there, members report to their individual placement sites. Support is given to each member by the Connections Program Manager Marilyn, who checks in on a regular basis. Connection members can expect:

  • A 40-hour work week with a sponsoring organization.
  • Meaningful projects that will use your strengths and talents to keep you engaged with community service and education.
  • Support and guidance from your supervisors, team members, and the Connections Program Manager.
